✅ registered tenant present at the address we traced for them;

✅ registered tenant taking their children to the local school - on foot;

✅ registered tenant using a hitherto unknown vehicle to collect their children from the school (the insurance name & address for which we will confirm);

✅ intelligence from local human sources confirming a) the vehicle identified was the tenant's and, b) that the tenant does live at the alternative address with their family;

✅ that instead of occupying the #socialhousing property assigned to them in London, they were actually living 103 miles away at a previously unknown address that Remington Hall's tracing team identified for them.
